Hi, this is a true and heartfelt testimony about Jen at Advantage Adjusters.  We had a Microburst hail storm in the Finger lakes Area last July. I called my Insurance Co (Progressive)  I put in a claim for my Roof, as all my neighborhood was affected.  My Agent sent out an adjuster that said I needed a new roof, I also called a roofing company who also said I needed a new roof . The Ins Co denied my claim saying  I had a wind clause and it was denied. The Roofing co. told me about a Public Adjustor, that works for the people and will work with the Insurance Co.  After Jen called Progressive my claim was forwarded to a new Agent, long story/short we got a new roof after a long fight. The Ins co also sent someone to check my siding,   Jen then sent a piece to a company, and my siding was discontinued, she also got us new siding. I will be forever grateful for her help, Jen does not get paid for her work unless she gets results. People need to know about her line of work !! Let’s get the word out. We pay a lot of money for our Insurance most of our lifetime, and never put a claim in and then you do and it gets denied. She is the best and is a very helpful, friendly person. Thank you Jen if I did not know about you I would have never been able to fight the Insurance co.
